Ultrasonic water immersion scanning machines for planar and slightly curved geometries. Supports impulse-echo and transmission-based testing.

With a testing probe frequency of up to 30 MHz these immersion scanners can find the tiniest of anomalies.

 

Our 3-axis CNC system is also used as a calibration station for ultrasonic testing probes according to DIN EN 12668-2.

Adjusting the testing probe to compensate for the squint angle.

This is especially necessary when measuring the sound field of a testing probe.

This very high quality gimbal made by COBRA SCIENTIFIC allows us the fine tune the angle of testing probes.

Linear actuators by IEF-Werner with a repeatable precision of 0.1mm are paramount for the our high quality testing results.

We keep a close eye on temperature and humidity when calibrating, as these must always remain in a certain range.
